Sony presents the new design of the Playstation 3
Sony has presented at the Tokyo Game Show redesigning its Playstation 3 console, which was expected long ago is now reality.
This new version is 20% smaller, and up to 25% lighter than the model now sells the Playstation 3. One of the most significant changes is the disc tray, and will not eject the disk, but will be a tray that opens to the style of the Playstation 2 Slim. It is rumored that the change is to save on components and thus lower the price to Playstation 3.
The console will come with a Dual Shock controller and a stand to place both horizontally and vertically.
The output of the new Playstation 3 will be on September 25 in the U.S. (28 in Europe), there are two models of 250GB and 500GB. Which includes Uncharter 3 and $ 30 to download a game called Dust 514. This model will cost $ 270.
There is also a package with Assassin's Creed III will be released on October 30 but have not yet specified the price.
Sony also unveiled a Playstation 3 will not come with hard drive, but a 12GB flash memory that will be cheaper at a price of 229 euros, but only available in Europe, Hong Kong and Australia.
At 12GB model has the option to connect a 250GB hard drive that Sony offers as an accessory. There will also be a model in white but apparently only available in Japan.
